Trade question

I received a trade offer but when I looked it said that the trade was automatically cancelled. It was a trade I would accept and so I sent a message back to the person telling them that the trade was cancelled and I didn't know how or why but I was willing to trade. They sent another trade and again I see that it is automatically cancelled. My question is how? I am not seeing anything in my trade but when I go to my messages and click the link there I see the trade and that it is has been cancelled.

When trades are automatically canceled it means one or more creatures have been traded with someone else meanwhile from either side.

For example. I send you a trade, I send a destrinos for a flamiris.
I send someone else a trade including my same destrinos for someone esle's stoufix.

If the second person accepts the trade first, then the trade with you will be automatically canceled.

I hope this makes sense, I'm not the best at explanations

I guess it could be that although in both trades it looks like the same creatures being offered and I have not traded anything yet.

If the trade includes recent creatures, they might have duplicates of it too
