Paying 30.000 Jewels for a 2014 creature? Glitch?

Hi everyone!

As you might have noticed, I'm a regular buyer in the auctions.
I love the new feature that lets you know when you've been beat, and by how much.

Last week, and now last auction, I've been beat by someone who apparently paid 30000 Jewels?!?
Different players, and I tend to forget names.

But, really, 30000 jewels for a not so rare 2014 creature? That's 1250 euro's!
Surely, that's a glitch in the messaging system?

That probably wasn't a glitch, that was probably what someone paid for that pet. The value of something depends on the person.

Example:

Person 1: "Fleetitwiks are the most valuable pet on Gothicat World because they're my favorite pet."

Person 2: "No, Deereindirs are the most valuable pet on Gothicat World because they're my favorite pet."

Person 3: "You're both correct and incorrect. The value of something, whether it be a pet on Gothicat World or anything else, all depends on the person."

Maybe this is a confusion between floryns and jewels in the system ^^"

Yes that's what I figured too. No way someone is paying the sums I saw.
