I just looked at the page to purchase them, but it's very confusing. How does one from the US go about purchasing them? There isn't a list of how much they cost, either... is this listed somewhere? I tried looking for a post that explains all of this but didn't see one, my apologies if I looked over it somehow.

I think when you buy jewels it will automatically covert your USD to euros but I don't know since I've never bought jewels. I'd ask Gabou just in case.

you can pay through paypal. you have to select that you are old enough first then it allows it. 10 euros is about 12 dollars. it converts. not sure if the other pay methods work or not
