Be careful, to assemble the product entirely, you need to work by parts of the robotics arms
1 ) Assembly of the inferior arm
- Glue the connectors : axes and rolls, one of each per arms
- Install the rolls inside the compartment of the roll connectors, then install the axe in the other connectors
- Install the inferior clevis and fix it by using the right screw device
- Connect the rod of the first actuator to the bottom of the inferior clevis
- Connect the base of the second actuator to the top of the inferior clevis
- Install the axes of the inferior clevis and fix the assembly with screws
2) Assembly of the middle arm
- Proceed just like the three first steps of the assembly of the inferior arms and connect the middle arms to the inferior arms
- Connect the rod of the second actuator to the bottom of the middle clevis, then the axe
- Install the bases of the third actuator at the top of the middle clevis, then the axe
3) Assembly of the superior arm
- Install the axe for the rod of the third actuator and assemble them
- Install the motor support, assemble by using screws
4) Assembly of the robotics arms
- Glue the rest of the connectors at the other arms and assemble all of the robotic arms
- Connect the bases of the first atuator to the robotic bases
- Assembly the robotic arms and the robotic ?
- Hide the drilling holes by using the mold buttons
- Install the electronic case and the electronic cards
- Link the cards to their components and test the working of the robotic arms and bases
- At last install the measure instruments and camera shell to the last arm (to not damage it) and test the working of the camera and measure instruments
