Hello,

I don't came here to give french lessons ^^ (but if you want, I can try ) , I need an english speaker

I have to write an assembly plan in english but I am not sure of my terms (or if my sentences ars goods ), can someone help me ? (the notice is short, but use some technical words)

Hope to have some news ^^

Be careful, for assembly the products entirely, you need to work by half robotics arms

1 ) Assembly of the inferior arm

- Glue the connectors : axes and rolls, one of each of them per arms
- Install the rolls inside the compartment of the rolls connectors, then install the axe in the other connectors
- Install the inferior clevis ans fix it by using the right screw devices
- Connect the rod of the first actuator to the bottom of the inferior clevis
- Connect the base of the second actuator to the top of the inferior clevis
- Install the axes of the inferior clevis and fix the assembly by screws

2) Assembly of the middle arm

- Proceed as the same 1,2, 3 step of the assemble of the inferior arms and connect the middle arms to the inferior arms
- Connect the rod of the second actuator to the bottom of the middle clevis, the axe
- Install the bases of the third actuator at the top of the middle clevis, then the axe

3) Assembly of the superior arm

- Install the axe for the rod of the third actuator and assembly them
- Install the motor support, assembly by using screws

4) Assembly of the robotics arms

- Glue the rest of the connectors at the other arms and assembly the all of robotic arms
- Connect the bases of the first atuator to the robotic bases
- Assembly the robotics arms and the robotics
- Hide the drilling holes by using the mold buttons
- Install the electronics case and install the electronics cards
- Link the cards to their components and test the working of the robotics arms and bases
- At least install the measure instruments and camera shell to the last arm (in the way to no damage it) and test the working of the cameras and measure instruments

I'm afraid where I am at, it is very late at night and my brain is not entirely up to speed, but something that just jumps out from this...


"axes" can be either the plural of ax, with verb axe, which is a tool used to chop wood (primarily) or a primitive weapon
or
"axes" can be the plural of "axis" which is the pivotal line for rotating or mirror symmetry, and probably other technical uses.

You might also be referring to an "axle" ? (I don't know French, sadly. Google translate says it is an "essieu".)

t'inquiètes je fais de l'anglais scientifique donc c'est technique aussi mais dans un autre langage XD

t'as tendance à confondre le verbe "assemble" et le nom "assembly", c'est comme confondre "monter" et "montage". J'ai corrigé aussi 2-3 tites fautes de gramm (pas d'accords pour les adjectifs en anglais)

et axle je pense que ça serait peut-être mieux en effet

Ashera, when do you need this by? I can take a more in-depth look at it in the morning, after I get some sleep.


(Really, though -check out exactly which "axe" you mean, because while "axes" could be correct, the singular cannot be right. Not with that context)
Also I suspect you mean "rods" not "rolls".


Also, when you say "inferior arm", "middle arm" and "superior arm" I think you mean "interior arm", "middle arm" and "outer arm."
Besides some leftover Latin in medicine, English uses "inferior" and "superior" to refer to quality, not spacial placement.

i'd say wheels for rolls but i wasn't sure so i didn't touch the word

Oh! Yes, wheels would make sense.

("rolls" doesn't.)


(Although these are arms. Is it a spherical, round thing? Because those are usually ball bearings.)
