I win auctions, but do not receive creatures

But I haven't heard anything there, and since that thread was originally posted several months ago, I made my own.

I've bid on quite a few creatures the past week or two, and I get the 'Congratulations! You won this auction!' pop-up, but I do not always receive my creatures. I'm not even sure what all creatures I am missing at this point. The only good thing is I am not missing floryns or jewels for creatures I don't get.

We checked those auctions and it seems you didn't win them, the pop-up was a bug which should be corrected now.

I'm sorry you didn't win the auctions and the pop-up gave you false hope. I wish you better luck next time!
