Auctions won, no creatures

This has been going on for a few days now, and I'm getting pretty annoyed by it.
I'm bidding, I KNOW I had the winning bid, even get the message congratulating me.
But I'm not getting the creature, and the jewels or floryns are not subtracted.

Just now I should have gotten the Lunaris "Twilight", even got congratulated for winning him... nothing, nada, nope.

I apologize if you had any issues with the auctions, I looked into it and indeed, for an unknown reason, some auctions from July 19th to today July 22nd were not completed and thus the creatures were not given nor the credits removed.

I have updated them all, and all the due creatures were added a few minutes ago. You have received 10 creatures.

All the current auctions should complete fine, but I will nevertheless monitor them.

Realize this is a very late reply, but I just had the exact same thing happen to me, twice. I bid on three different creatures in the last week, was informed I won, but the only one I got was the one I bought with jewels. The two for floryns are still missing and I still have my floryns.

Edit: I've bid on and won two more flamiris, but I don't have them either.

2nd edit: Okay, I've bid on, won, and gotten the last three critters, but I'm still missing four.

I am very sorry to hear that you thought that you won auctions and did not receive the creatures.

I have looked into the auctions you bid for, and you did not win them, that is why you don't have the creatures and your credits are the same.

You shouldn't have seen the popup telling you that you had won them, I don't know where the issue came from but I have rewritten the notifications at the end of an auction so that it won't happen again. It will be updated later today.
